Getting it repaired
What happens when you contact us.
Water escaping now? Turn off the stop tap first. It is usually under the kitchen sink and closes clockwise. Then call. For anything else, a message with photos is a good place to start.
Looking for something not listed? Heating and hot water faults are covered on our heating page.
- Tell us the problem, your postcode and, if you can, send photos or a short video.
- We confirm availability and explain any call-out or diagnostic charge before you book.
- Once the fault is assessed, we explain the repair and its cost. Extra work needs your agreement first.
